Returns

If you change your mind or would like to exchange an item, we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit. All shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that all returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt and goods must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all tags, branding and packaging included.

If you wish to return an item please contact us by email in the first instance (fleur@bitten.co.nz), noting your order number (included on the receipt). Please ensure that all items being returned are packaged securely. We cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged through the return process.

Faulty items - We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and each item is individually checked before it is shipped. However, we accept that there may be times when something slips through!

If an item is faulty or arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately (fleur@bitten.co.nz) and let us know the order number and what the problem is. We will arrange for it to be returned at our expense. If a replacement item is available, we will ship it to you free of charge. If no replacement is available, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or shop credit.

Sale items - All items purchased at sale price are not accepted for exchange or credit and are not refundable unless faulty.
